3. User Accounts

To access digital courses, including Spanish Mastery Now!, you must create an account on our website.
Accounts may be created during checkout or after purchase.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity carried out through your account.
Sharing accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments and Access

The course price is as listed on the website at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made through the available payment methods indicated at checkout.
Course access is granted only after full payment is received and confirmed.
Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to your own use.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the Company’s refund policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of users and safeguarding all personal information provided during registration or payment.

Sharing, distributing, copying, reselling or reproducing course materials without written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

6. Legal Compliance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tbilisi, Georgia.

7. Limitation of Liability

PLD Publishing shall not be liable for technical issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform errors).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Refunds and Returns

Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

For physical products (such as paperback books), refund and return requests must be made through the platform where the book was purchased (e.g., Amazon, Tolino). Each platform has its own conditions.
For digital products, including the Spanish Mastery Now! course, all sales are final. Once access has been granted, refunds and cancellations are not permitted.

PLD Publishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
